Changes to the standard form of Plenary and Summary Summons

It was announced by The Courts Service on 19 June 2019 that several changes to the standard form front page of a Plenary Summons and a Summary Summons would immediately come into effect.

The changes are relatively minor, but should they not be made prior to a summons being presented at the Central Office for issue, the summons will be rejected.
